Dr Eduardo A DONADI Full Professor at the Ribeirao Preto Medical School of the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil Invited by Nicolas VINCE Title : “The immune checkpoint HLA-G molecule: studies in silico, ex vivo, and in human disorders ”.

Eduardo A Donadi (ORCID # 0000-0002-9457-9601):
i) obtained his Medical, Master, PhD, and full professor (since 2011) degrees at the Ribeirão Preto Medical School (RPMS), University of São Paulo, Brazil,
ii) performed his post-doctoral studies in Seattle (1990-91),
iii) researches, teaches, and cares for patients with immune system disorders,
iv) investigates on the pathogenesis of autoimmune, transplant, cancer, and infectious disorders, and on mechanisms of tolerance loss to autoantigens,
v) supervised approximately 100 Master, PhD, and post-doctoral students,
vi) coordinates four doctoral training programs from Latin American and Turkish Universities,
vii) has financial support (investigation/mobility) from national (CNPq, CAPES, FAPESP) and international agencies (COFECUB, and Ecuadorian Universities), viii) is the president of the RPMS International Relations’ Committee, and ix) coordinates an HLA and a Molecular Biology laboratory.
