The conference "Deciphering single cell interactions in health and disease" will focus on the use of single cell transcriptome analysis technologies to study pathophysiological cellular mechanisms, with a particular emphasis on research being carried out by different research teams in Nantes across all fields. The symposium will bring together international and local experts to discuss recent advances and practical applications of new single-cell analysis methods, including spatial transcriptomics. The aim is to combine these innovative technologies to better understand underlying disease mechanisms, improve diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, and foster interdisciplinary collaborations.
