Pr Sjoerd H. VAN DER BURG, Department of medical oncology of the Leiden University Medical Center, Netherlands Titre : “Single-cell spatial in situ transcriptomics unravels vulvar HSIL composition associated with complete response to therapeutic vaccination”. Invité par le Dr Richard Danger

Sjoerd H. van der Burg, Ph.D. is a professor in experimental cancer immunology and therapy at the department of medical oncology of the Leiden University Medical Center since 2010. He is also a senior investigator of the Oncode Institute since 2019. He leads the experimental cancer immunology and therapy group which performs fundamental, translational and clinical studies focusing on those factors of host-tumor interactions that determine the success and failure in immune control of cancer. He has extensive experience with the monitoring of innate and adaptive immune responses and exploits this to guide the development of cancer therapy.

This presentation will be followed by a seminar given by the NanoString team which will present us their CosMx technology about Spatial Transcriptomics, at 11h at the Denis Escande seminar room (IRS-UN).

If you want to meet them thereafter, do not hesitate to sent an e-mail to Florian Barré: fbarre@nanostring.com
