Invité par le Dr Jeremie Poschmann

My research aims at understanding the signaling pathways and transcriptional regulators governing T-cell activation and function, in autoimmunity and cancer. I trained as an immunologist in Paris, in the team of Benoit Salomon and Eliane Piaggio, studying regulatory T cells in type 1 diabetes and multiple sclerosis. My postdoc studies in the lab of Sankar Ghosh, Columbia University, New York, led me to decipher the roles of the well-known, yet poorly understood, NF-kappaB family of transcription factors. Building on this, my team now deciphers the transcription factors involved in CD4+ and CD8+ effector T cell biology. In this talk, I will present our recent, unpublished data highlighting selective contributions of discrete NF-kappaB subunits in CD4+ T-cell function depending on the pathological context.
